INTRODUCTION
FLUIDFILL-1 is versatile semi-automatic liquid filler which utilize a stainless steel piston to accurately meters out the product in pre-set quantities up to 1000l capacity. This stainless steel cylinder is well polished incorporated with Teflon or Viton seal piston. It is designed with orbit check valve for quick
disassembly and assembly. The operation of the filler is fully by pneumatic with a built-in air logic system.

FILLING MACHINE INTRODUCTION
The machines operation is controlled using a Touch Screen Interface. Each product setup is stored in a recipe format for
quick and easy recall. Upon recipe selection machine settings are recalled and the filling cycle can be commenced. As soon as the bottles have correctly entered the filling area the neck locator then proceeds to extend and locate the waiting bottles. The nozzle bar lowers the dispensing nozzles into the pre-positioned bottles. Filling begins by the nozzle valves opening allowing liquid forced under piston pressure to be dispensed. When the correct number of pulses given by each piston is reached each piston head stops and all dispensing nozzle valves close. After the filling cycle is complete the bottle changeover then occurs allowing the cycle to be repeated
MINERAL WATER FILLING MACHINE
INTRODUCTION
The machine is equipped with 6 specially designed stainless steel nozzles. These nozzles are mounted on an anodized aluminium plate with a long slot hole for the adjustment of the center distance of the nozzles to suit a wide range of bottles. The filling principle is by a pump, transferring the product through a specially designed nozzle into the bottle to be filled.

The A- Tech Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper automatically tightens and torques manually placed screw and lug type caps. It is the perfect low maintenance machine for the cost conscious consumer that requires specific torque values. The operator of the machine manually places the caps on the bottles as they pass and the capper automatically tightens them. An electronic timer determines how much torque is applied to each cap.The Semi- Auto Chuck Cappers are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T, P.V.C, plastic, and glass. To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear, the Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper comes with adjustable electronic torque values. Once the caps are placed by the operator the capper can then secure them onto the bottles.

GP-3000i INDUCTION CAP SEALING MACHINE SYSTEMS
Induction cap sealing is non-contact heating process that accomplishes the hermetic sealing of a bottle with a cap that includes a heat-sealable foil liner. In most applications, packagers purchase foil lined caps from a cap supplier. The cap supplier will usually recommend the most effective cap/liner combination for your product to provide tamper evidence, preserve freshness and prevent leakage.
When the cap/liner is placed on the bottle and the bottle passes under an induction coil which emits a varying electro-magnetic field. As the bottle passes under the induction coil, the conductive aluminium foil liner begins to heat to the desired temperature. The content of bottle is not inducted by the electro-magnetic field, but the seal film of foil liner is heated and attached onto the lip of bottle by the induction coil. When cooled, the seal film creates a bond with the bottle resulting in a sealed product.
